Replacement And Refund Policy

  • Replacement Policy
  • 1) Company will take maximum of 15 working days to replace a candidate.
  • 2) Company provides 1 replacement in 2 and 6 months contract period.
  • 3) Company provides 2 replacements in 11 months contract period.
  • 4) Company will provide unlimited number of replacement if employee leaves his/her job on their own.
  • 5) Company will always try to find a candidate within the previous employee pay bracket, but cannot guarantee it. If the new candidate is more expensive customer have to pay a new salary to the new candidate.
  • Refund Policy
  • 6) Customer can ask for their remaining contract fee if Company unable to provide replacement within 15 days.
  • 7) Remaining contract fee will be refunded within 15 days if customer or Authentz Global Services terminate the contract.
  • 8) र4,500 registration fees is non refundable.
  • 9) For example, if employer hire a candidate for 6 months and after 3 months if employer or company terminate the contract for any reason then the remaining contact fee balance i.e. Rs.6000/ will be refunded.
  • 10) For example, if employer hire a candidate for 11 months and after 5 months if employer or company terminate the contract for any reason then the remaining contact fee balance i.e. Rs.10800/ will be refunded.
  • 11) Company will refund balance contact fee via: cheque or internet banking.
