Our Charges

1. Customers need not to bear any charges in advance until they hire a candidate.
2. Company provides 2 days of trial period. Customers can’t ask more than 2 days.
3. If candidate is rejected for any reason then the Company will work on priority basis and try to provide more options shortly.
4. Customer has to pay day wise salary to the candidate after 2 days trial. (It’s a paid trial.)
5. Customer has to decide on the third day whether to hire candidate or not.
6. Customer must have to pay service charges on the third day. ( Payment can be made via; cheque, internet banking, UPI, Paytm, Phone Pe & PayPal also.)
7. If customer hire candidate then there will be a legal contract between customer and the company. ( Customer need to submit any of the government valid id with passport size photo.)
8. Customer has to pay 75% of our service charges on the appointment day of candidate.
9. Customer will have to pay the balance 25% within 60 days positively. In case if customer fails, late payment charges will be applicable.
10. Company provides 2, 6 & 11 months of contract period. The charges for these contract periods are as follows:

11. GST can’t be ignored for any reason. Company will provide invoice copy to the customers.
12. Employer has to pay monthly salary to the employee at the end of every month. ( Payment can be done as per mutual understanding between employer and employee.)
13. If customer asks for medical checkup of candidate then they have to pay additional charges for it.
14. We provide Police verification report along with the candidate’s valid id proof .
15. If customer pays service charges through cheque the cheque must be drawn in favour of Authentiz Global Services Pvt. Ltd.
16. Company will arrange one candidate at one time for an interview. (Interview can be done either telephonic or face to face.)
17. If customer wants the interview at their place then they can either pick and drop the candidate by their own or pay charges if wants us to drop and pick the candidate.
( Rs.300 per visit wherever in Gurgaon and as per cab charges for out of Gurgaon.)
18. If customer wants interview at our Company office then visiting charges won’t be applicable.
19. After expiry of the contract, employer can extend the contract. For extension of contract customer need to bear contract fee again.
(Company doesn’t charge registration fee for extended contracts).
20. Company won’t be liable for any loss, liabilities, expenditures & claim of any loss and damage to the employer and their properties.
